Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the purchase of the digital “Life Path Report” on this website. Provider and contracting party is AMZ-PRODUCTS GmbH, Krummspät 78, 26810 Westoverledingen, Germany (further details in the imprint). The contract language is English.

2. Service

The life path calculator on this website is free. Only the Life Path Report is paid: a written report on the life path number, birthday number and personal year calculated from the date of birth you entered, with an overview of the personal months and the full calculation. The report is assembled automatically in your browser from texts written in advance for each number; it is not a personal reading and is not written individually for you. You can save it as a PDF or print it. You are responsible for entering your date of birth correctly.

The report is for entertainment and self-reflection. Numerology is not a science. The report is not medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice and does not predict events. We do not promise any particular effect or outcome.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the report on the website is not yet a binding offer. Clicking “Buy report” takes you to the checkout page of our payment provider Stripe, where you can check and correct your details. By clicking the button to complete the payment you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when the payment succeeds. We do not store the contract text separately; you can view and print these terms on this page at any time.

4. Price and payment

The price is €7.00 one-time. It is a total price; any statutory value added tax is included. There is no subscription. The price is charged in euros; if your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts it and may charge a fee for this. Payment is made with Stripe using the payment methods offered there and is due immediately.

5. Delivery

The report is available immediately after payment: return to the website – right away or later, also after closing the window –, calculate your number if necessary and choose “Open my Life Path Report” below the offer. A date of birth entered before is loaded again automatically on the same device. The button appears in the browser in which you clicked “Buy report”. Because your date of birth is stored only on your device, the report must be opened in the same browser on the same device in which you used the calculator. If this does not work, write to us at [email protected]; we will help you or refund the price.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. Details, including its early expiry for digital content, are in the withdrawal policy.

7. Warranty and liability

The statutory rights for defects of digital products apply (§§ 327 et seq. German Civil Code, BGB). We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract; otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.

8. Dispute resolution and final provisions

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
